Ukoy Ingredients
1/2 kilo shrimps, boiled whole
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt or patis
1 cup shrimp juice
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp chopped green onion
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste

For dipping sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced

Ukoy Procedure
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt or patis,shrimp juice, beaten eggs, green onion and pepper to make a smoothe batter. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a deep pan. Pour small amounts of the batter nto the pan, shapign them into flat discs.
3. Put several pieces of shrimp on top of each disc. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper. Fry both sides until light brown.
4. Remove from heat and drain thoroughly. Serve with vinegar and garlic dip.
