TUNA SISIG INGREDIENTS:
500 gms tuna fillet, sliced into chunks
1 pc white onion, minced
2 pcs calamansi
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mayo
1 pc finger chili
1 pc siling labuyo
1 pack 7g Aji Ginisa
TUNA SISIG PROCEDURES:
1. Deep fry the fish until golden brown. Drain.
2. In a bow, mix the fish soy sauce, onion, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and chilli pepper.
3. Put a little oil in the sizzling plate and let it heat. Put the sisig on it and mix Aji Ginisa.
4. Serve with siling labuyo and calamansi.
