RELLENONG BANGUS

RELLENONG BANGUS INGREDIENTS:

1 big bangus, cleaned and scaled
2 tablespoons soy sauce juice of 2 kalamansi
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
1/4 cup raisins
2 slices ham, finely chopped
1 egg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Oil for frying

TOCINO RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 kilo port/beef, lean
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prague powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rhum or gin or any white wine
vetsin (optional)

Utensils:
Kitchen knife, mixing bowl, chopping board
