1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 small tomato, minced
1 beef cube, crushed
4 cups water
2 small packs misua
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1. Heat cooking oil in a saucepan.
2. Saute garlic, onion, tomato and crushed beef cube.
3. Add water and bring to a boil.
4. Break eggs carefully into soup, one at a time, making sure not to break yolk.
5. Add misua and simmer for about 2 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
