Steamed Anchovies Ingredients:
1 kilo fresh anchovies
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup minced sampalok (tamarind)
4 cups water
banana leaves

Steamed Anchovies Procedures:
1. Mix anchovies with salt
2. Wrap in banana leaves.
3. Put the sampalok in a clay pot or steamer. Add just enough water.
4. Stack the banana-wrapped anchovies in a pan.
5. Steam for 20 minutes.
