SQUASH AND POTATO STEW






SQUASH AND POTATO STEW INGREDIENTS

2 eggs, beaten
3 potatoes, diced
Squash, diced
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
SQUASH AND POTATO STEW PROCEDURE
1. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion. Add beaten egg
2. Add enough water to cook potatoes and squash.
3. Cook until potatoes and squash are tender.
4. Season with salt.
5. Serve hot.
