Sinugba na Saang (Conch) Ingredients:
30-50 pieces small local conch
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon chopped siling labuyo (chili pepper)
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
ground pepper to taste
Sinugba na Saang (Conch) Procedures:
1. Grill the conch for 15-20 minutes or until done.
2. Break the shells just before serving.
3. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and serve with grilled conch.
