Sili Ensalada Ingredients:
1 k. bell pepper (sweet variety)
1 onion, sliced
2 onions, quartered
1/4 cup fish bagoong (fermented fish)
7 pcs. calamansi

Sili Ensalada Procedures:
1. Grill the bell pepper until tender. Halve and remove the seeds and core.
2. Place on a platter in place with sliced tomatoes and onions.
3. Serve with the bagoong and calamsi mixture as dressing (or dip).
