Shrimps and Hotdog Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 kilo shrimps, cleaned and deveined
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped oniosns
3 pieces jumbo hotdog, sliced
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1 chiken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups rice (optional)
Shrimps and Hotdog Procedures:
1. Heat oil then stir-fry shrimps until they turn orange. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, saute garlic and onions. Add hotdogs and stir-fry for a minute.
3. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, bell pepper, barbecue sauce, shrimps and rice (if desired)
4. Bring to a boil then cover pan. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
