Sauteed oysters Ingredients:
30 pieces oysters
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 cup chopped tomatoes
salt to taste

Sauteed oysters Procedures:
1. Wash the oyster with hot water.
2. Shuck the oyster and set aside the meat.
3. In a pan, heat some oil then saute garlic, onions, ginger, and tomatoes.
4. Add oyster meat and cook for a minute.
