Good work about the procedures. I also like the video. It’s clear and easy to understand. You can check mine too in how to make puso.

I wrote and published a book with the Ateneo Press that details how to make “puso” and other Philippine palm leaf art forms. It is called “PALASPAS: An Appreciation of Palm Leaf Art in the Philippines”

Check this out. I am sure you would like it.

Hi! I came from the Dumaguete City, Philippines. I am a Dietitian, and i just want to know if it is possible to make ketupats with viand fillings already inside it. How can i cook them with meat already inside the ketupat casings without messing up all the rice inside it too. . Thanks! =)

I haven’t tried it with viand inside. If you put the meat inside it, the taste will definitely blend with the rice.
