Pork Liver FriesĀ  Ingredients:
1 kilo pork liver
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
1 cup oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons onion rings
1 tablespoons chopped spring onions

Pork Liver FriesĀ  Procedures:
1. Boil the liver in water for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Cut the liver into 1/2 inch cubes. Season with some salt.
3. Heat oil then fry the liver. Drain on paper towels.
4. Transfer to a plate and top with mayonnais, onion rings, and spring onions.
