Pork Chop with a Twist Ingredients:
3-4 pieces pork chop
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/2 cup cubed tomatoes
2 pieces siling labuyo (chili pepper), chopped
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Pork Chop with a Twist Procedures:
1. heat the oil then fry the pork chops until golden brown. Drain then cut into cubes. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, remove most of the oil leaving just 2 tablespoons. Saute the garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add siling labuyo. Lower the heat and cook covered for 2 minutes.
4. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring continuosly until the eggs are set.
5. Season to taste,
