Pork adobo with Ampalaya Ingredients:
1 k. pork, cut into serving pieces
1 ampalaya (bitter gourd), sliced
5 cloves garlic
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsps. lard
salt and pepper to taste
Pork adobo with Ampalaya Procedures:
1. In a pot, place the pork in vinegar, crushed garlic, and salt and pepper. Allow to simmer until pork is tender.
2. When the pork is tender, add the sliced ampalaya. Serve hot with rice.
