PICHI-PICHI RECIPE






PICHI-PICHI INGREDIENTS
2-3 cups cassava, grated
2-3 cups pandan water
2-3 cups sugar
grated coconut

PICHI-PICHI PROCEDURES

1. Combine all the ingredeints in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, then pour into 9-inch round pans.
2. Steam for 45 minutes or until the mixture is congrealed.
3. Shape the mixture into several balls. Roll in grated coconut.
