1/2 kilo beef tendons (litid)
1/2 kilo lean beef, sliced
pepper to taste
2 small onions chopped
1 big can of pork and beans
1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions.
2. Add the beef tendons and lean beef. Allow to simmer.
3. Season with pepper. Allow to cook for 20minutes or until beef is tender.
4. Pour in the pork and beans. Lessen heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
