PAKSIW NA ISDA INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo bangus or apahap, cleaned
1 eggplant, sliced
1 ampalaya, sliced
2 pcs jalapeño pepper
1 small piece of ginger, minced
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup water
PAKSIW NA ISDA PROCEDURES
1. Cut fish into 2-3 portions. Sprinkle with salt.
2. Put eggplant and ampalaya in a saucepan. Add fish, ginger and jalapeno pepper. Pour in vinegar.
3. Bring to boil but don’t stir. Add water. Simmer until fish is cooked. Season with patis to taste.
