NILAENG WITH TILAPIA

Nilaeng with Tilapia Ingredients:
3 pcs. tilapia
1 1/4 tsps salt
1 1/2 cups water or rice washing
1 tbsp bagoong sauce
1 cup squash, cubed
1 cup string beans, cut into 2″ long
1/2 cup eggplants, sliced diagonally

Nilaeng with Tilapia Procedures:
1. Salt fish and broil. Set aside.
2. Extract bagoong flavor in hot water. Strain. Discard pulp and set aside the bagoong.
3. Boil water or rice washing and extracted bagoong in a saucepan.
4. Add the squash, broiled fish and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add the string beans, eggplant and cook for 5 minutes long.

Makes 3 servings.
