MONGGO WITH AMPALAYA






MONGGO WITH AMPALAYA INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked monggo
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup cup sliced tomato, sliced thinly
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water
Ampalaya leaf


MONGGO WITH AMPALAYA PROCEDURES
Saute onion and garlic in hot oil and add tomato. When the tomato is cooked, add monggo. Add salt to taste. Let it boil. Add ampalaya leaf.
Serving: 4-6 persons.
