MISUA NOODLE SOUP INGREDIENTS
100 grams, ground pork
1 cup sponge gourd (patola), sliced
2 rolls, misua noodles
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons, finger pepper
1 liter, water
MISUA NOODLE SOUP PROCEDURE
1. Heat oil.
2. Sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add the ground pork and cook until color turns light brown.
4. Add sponge gourd and misua noodles. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add water and bring to a boil. Season with salt.
6. Garnish with finger pepper as desired.
