MILKFISH SARDINES






MILKFISH SARDINES INGREDIENTS
1 kilo small-sized milkfish, sliced horizontally
4 pieces chili pepper
½ cup pickles, sliced thinly
½ cup carrots, sliced thinly
½ cup brandy
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 laurel leaf
2 cups olive oil

MILKFISH SARDINES PROCEDURE
1. Clean the milkfish and arrange in a heatproof pan.
2. Add in all the other ingredients and cover.
3. Place in a rack and cook in a pressure cooker for one hour. Make sure to add a small amount of water for steaming.
4. Let cool before removing from cooker.
