Mango Parfait Ingredients:
1 250ml NESTLE All Purpose Cream
2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
1/4 cup mango puree
2 medium ripe mangoes, balled
1 cup NESTLE Cornflakes

Mango Parfait Procedures:
1. In a bowl, whip together NESTLE All Purpose Cream, confectioner’s sugar and mango puree.
2. In a tall glass, arrange cream, mango balls and cornflakes in layers.
3. Chill before serving.
