LECHON PAKSIW






LECHON PAKSIW INGREDIENTS:

1/4 kilo Lechong Baboy
1 cup Mang Tomas Sarsa for lechon
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
sugar

LECHON PAKSIW PROCEDURES:
1. In 1 casserole, put all ingredients.
2. Let it boil. Do not stir.
3. After 15 minutes, taste and add seasoning such as salt, pepper and sugar until you get the right sourness, sweetness and saltiness.
4. Serve while its hot.
