Kugita Ingredients:
1 kilo octopus (kugita), cut into serving pieces
1 tbsp. ground pepper
cooking oil
4 pcs. bird’s eye chili, sliced
1 thumb-size ginger, sliced into strips

Kugita Procedures:
1. Heat oil and fry the octopus.
2. Season with pepper and stir-fry.
3. Add the ginger and stir some more.
4. Add the bird’s eye chili and stir-fry some more. Serve hot.
