KILAWING TALABA

Kilawing Talaba Ingredients:
1 cup unshelled oysters
salt
vetsin
ground black pepper
long green pepper (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)

Kilawing Talaba Procedures:
1.Boil 1 cup of water.
2. Pour it over the unshelled oysters. Drain.
3. Season oysters with salt, vetsin, and ground pepper.
4. Add the onion and long green pepper. Mix thoroughly.
