INIHAW NA PUSIT INGREDIENTS:
1 / 2 kilo fresh squid (medium)
1 / 4 cup soy sauce
1 / 4 cup honey
1 / 4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 / 2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon siling labuyo, chopped
INIHAW NA PUSIT PROCEDURES:
- Wash well the pusit. Remove the membrane and ink.
- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, and chili. Pour it in the pusit and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Put the pusit in the barbecue stick. Grill squid for about 4 minutes on each side.
- When done slice each squid crosswise and serve with mixed soy sauce and vinegar.
