INIHAW NA PUSIT (GRILLED SQUID)






INIHAW NA PUSIT INGREDIENTS:

1 / 2 kilo fresh squid (medium)
1 / 4 cup soy sauce
1 / 4 cup honey
1 / 4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon salt

1 / 2 teaspoon garlic, chopped

1 / 2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon siling labuyo, chopped

INIHAW NA PUSIT PROCEDURES:

  1. Wash well the pusit. Remove the membrane and ink.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, and chili. Pour it in the pusit and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Put the pusit in the barbecue stick. Grill squid for about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. When done slice each squid crosswise and serve with mixed soy sauce and vinegar.
