HALO-HALO






HALO-HALO INGREDIENTS
sweetened saba, sliced into small pieces
sweetened kaong
sweetened langka
sweetened red and white beans
cooked sago, various colors
haleyang ube
leche flan
ice cream, any flavor
crushed ice
pinipig
evaporated milk
sugar

HALO-HALO PROCEDURES
1. Put the first eight ingredients in a tall glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
2. Add haleyang ube, ice cream and leche flan on top.
3. Serve with condensed milk and sugar.
