GINILING BARBECUE

Giniling Barbecue Ingredients:

200 grams ground pork
1 onion, chopped
2 tsps. chopped kinchay
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Soy sauce and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Vinegar and siling labuyo

Giniling Barbecue Procedure:

  • Combine the ground pork, onions, kinchay, bell pepper, soy sauce, and pepper.
  • Add eggs and blend well. Roll into balls on the barbecue sticks.
  • Broil over hot charcoal. Serve with vinegar and siling labuyo sauce.
