GINATAANG HIPON (SHRIMPS IN COCONUT MILK)






GINATAANG HIPON INGREDIENTS:
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup green and red bell pepper
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 /2 kilo medium size shrimps

GINATAANG HIPON PROCEDURES:

  1. In a skillet, combine onion, garlic, salt, ginger, and bell pepper with 1/4 cup coconut milk bring to boil.
  2. Add the remaining coconut milk. Cook stirring over low heat until it thickens, for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimps and cook for 5 minutes.
