FRUIT PUNCH INGREDIENTS
12 cups pineapple juice, unsweeetened
juice of 8 oranges, 8 lemons and 3 limes
8 cups plain soda water, chilled
16 cups ginger ale, chilled
2 cups sugar
thin slices of lemon and lime
fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)FRUIT PUNCH PROCEDURES
1. Combine fruit juices and sugar. Stir well and chill.
2. Just before serving, combine the chilled juies, soda water, and ginger ale.
3. Transfer mixture into a punch bowl with a large chunk of ice. Put slices of lemon and lime. If desired, garnish each cup with a slice of strawberry.
