FRIED SAGING INGREDIENTS:
4 medium banana (saba variety), cut in half lengthwise
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
FRIED SAGING PROCEDURES:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan until tiny bubbles begin to float up to the surface.
2. Slowly add the sugared bananas into the hot oil.
3. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
4. Drain bananas on paper towels to remove excess oil.
5. Best eaten when warm.
