FRIED CHICKEN OR PRITONG MANOK






FRIED CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:

1 whole chicken
1 / 4 cup salt

1 / 4 kg kalamansi, squeeze the juice
1/ 2 cup fish sauce
3 heads of garlic, chopped
2 onions, chopped
Pepper powder
Bread crumbs
2 egg congratulated
Cooking Oil

FRIED CHICKEN PROCEDURES:

  1. Cut the chicken according to the desired size.
  2. Wiping a little salt.
  3. Place in a deep bowl and pour the mixed garlic, onion, pepper, fish sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Marinate for 5-7 hours before cook, turning over the chicken at regular intervals.
  5. Drain the chicken and let it dry.
  6. Place in paper bag with 1 / 2 cup of flour and shake.
  7. Then dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  8. In a deep wok or sauce pan, heat the oil to high heat. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown. Repeat with remaining chicken.

Tips:

  • For those who want to have a crisp skin of fried chicken, cover the pan with cooking early and open when its almost cooked.
  • Friend chicken is more tastely if cooked with mixed butter and vetegetable fat (lard).
