FRAPPE






FRAPPÈ INGREDIENTS
1 cup brewed or instant coffee (black)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 glass cold water
3-4 tbsp sugar
chocolate shavings
whipped cream
ice cubes

FRAPPÈ PROCEDURES

1. Put coffee in a tall container. Add evaporated milk, sugar and cold water. Cover container and shake well.

2. Put ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour in coffee.

3. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Serve with a straw.
