FISHBALL INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup water
1 slice siling labuyo
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in
1-2 tbsp. water
FISH BALL PROCEDURES:
1. Mix the sauce sauce, vinegar, sugar, water and siling labuyo in a saucepan.
2. Let it boil then add cornstarch.
3. Cook over medium heat until slightly thick.

dalawa ung water tama si jose eh..
i assume pangtancha na lang ng lapot ung 1 to 2 tbsp of water..
ang dami ads ng site na to.. quite annoying
actually tama naman ung nasa recipe. karugtong ung 1-2 tbsp. water ng cornstarch. nalito lang siguro si jose.
Yeah..kc nga db..u have to dissolve the cornstarch first in the 1-2 tbsp water before u put it directly to the saucepan..
I tried this sauce and its really delicious..the recipes is not confusing..

dambel ka jose…..pero nangyari din sakin yan ang kinalabasan adobo nga lang :)) hahahaha ma soysauce ung recipe siguro may toyo ung gumwa neto…:)) peace
after 3 sacks of cornstarch we got the texture good..thanks….it turned out great and elegantly :))
