2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons onion, minced
2 cups fried fish, shredded (mackerel, or any fish desired)
1 8g. pack Maggi Magic Sarap
2 cups turnips, sliced thinly
1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
¼ cup green peas
2 tablespoons, Chinese celery, finely chopped
10 pieces spring roll wrapper, halved
Maggi Chilli Sauce
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add the fish and cook for 30 seconds. Season with Magic Sarap.
Add turnip, carrots, green peas, and celery. Cook for 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp.
Remove from heat and let cool. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the spring roll wrapper and wrap, securing both ends.
Cook in hot oil until golden brown. Put in paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve with chili sauce.
