CRISPY KANGKONG






CRISPY KANGKONG RECIPE
Kangkong
1 egg white
1 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
salt
pepper
ice cold water (enough to make thin batter)


CRISPY KANGKONG PROCEDURES:
Dip leaves then dip-fry (moderate brown). Do not brown.
