CRISPY CRABLETS






CRISPY CRABLETS INGREDIENTS
1 / 2 kilo small crab, cleaned well and cut in two
1 egg, scrambled
1/2 tasa all-purpose flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper, powder
1 teaspoon siling labuyo, chopped
Cooking oil

CRISPY CRABLETS PROCEDURES
1. Mix together the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and siling labuyo. Pour it in the crab. Let it smother the crab.
2. Fry the crab until it become crisp and golden brown.
