Crispy Crablets Ingredients:
3/4 kilo fresh crablets
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper
Sauce: vinegar, salt, garlic, siling labuyo
Crispy Crablets Procedures:
1. Soak crablets in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, some chili powder, salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil for frying.
4. Dredge crablets in the flour mixture then fry until crisp and golden brown.
5. Serve with sauce made by combining vinegar, salt, crushed garlic, and siling labuyo.
