CRABMEAT WITH VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS
1 cup crabmeat
2 cups ubod (coconut pith), julienned
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 small onion, chopped
1 head garlic, minced
1 cup brown sugar
soy sauce or fish sauce to taste
CRABMEAT WITH VEGETABLES PROCEDURE
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic.
2. Add the crabmeat.
3. Add the ubod and carrots and allow to simmer. Mix.
4. Add the brown sugar and mix some more.
5. Season with soy sauce or fish sauce. Mix. Serve immediately.
