CORNED BEEF RICE INGREDIENTS
1 regular-sized can of corned beef
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 small can of pimientos, minced
2 eggs, scrambled
4 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp chopped parsely
salt and pepper to taste
CORNED BEEF RICE PROCEDURES
1. Heat the corned beef in a skillet for 5-10 minutes (make sure that it does not scorch). Add corn and pimientos.
2. Put in cooked rice. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
3. Top with scrambled eggs and parsely before serving.
