CORN SOUP






CORN SOUP INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup shrimp or hipon, peeled skin and sliced
2 cups mussels soup or sabaw ng tahong
2 cups water
½ tsps. black pepper
1 ½ cup corn
½ cup spinach

CORN SOUP PROCEDURES:
Saute the garlic and onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add shrimps. Add mussel soup, water, pepper and corn. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Add spinach then let it boil for another 2 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
