CHINESE NGOHIONG SAUCE (VERSION 2)






1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup liquid from sautéing the filling, filtered
1/4 cup cornstarch
saltCombine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
