1/2 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/2 kilo pork, cubed
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp peppercorn
1.) Combine chicken and pork with vinegar, garlic, bayleaf, soy sauce, and peppercorn.
2.) Boil then simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes or until almost tender.
3.) Simmer covered until completely tender.
