Chicken Lollipops Ingredients
about 400 g chicken wings
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp baking powder
oil for deep frying

Chicken Lollipops Procedures
1. Remove and discard the chicken wing tips. Separate the middle and lower wing segments. Remove the smaller bones from the middle wing segment, leaving only one large bone to serve as “lollipop” stick.
2. Use a knife to push the meat (incluing skin) to the top of each bone.
3. Combine flour, pepper, salt and baking powder in a shallow bowl. Dip the top of the lollipop int he flour mixture, making sure that the whole meaty part is covered. Dip each int he beaten egg before dipping again in the flour.
4. Deep fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown. Drain on pepper towels. Serve with ketchup.
