Chicken Gulay Ingredients:
2 LBS. Chicken breast
2 Large Russet potatoes
2 large carrots
1 whole onion
1 red pepper
1/2 cup water
4 cloves of garlic
1 can tomato sauce
Chicken Gulay Procedures:
1. Chop veggies into small pieces.
2. Cut chicken breast across the grain of the meat to allow chicken to be tender for cooking.
3. Heat skillet to medium heat add tomato sauce first stir until sauce thickens.
4. Add water, add chicken first until chicken turn light brown, then and veggies stir occasionally until veggies are tender.
5. Add seasoning for taste.
