CHICKEN ADOBO INGREDIENTS

½ kilogram chicken

1 tablespoon garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons onions, sliced

¼ tablespoon ground pepper

30 ml soy sauce

40 ml vinegar

40 ml edible oil

Salt

MSG

CHICKEN ADOBO PROCEDURES

  1. Cut the chicken meat to pieces.

  2. Sauté garlic in oil.

  3. Add chicken and stir.

  4. Add vinegar and season with salt and MSG.

  5. Cover and stir occasionally. Allow liquid to evaporate.

  6. Stir until meat is reddish-brown in color.

  7. Add soy sauce, ground pepper, and onion.

  8. Lower the heat.

  9. Taste and season more if needed.

  10. Continue stirring occasionally until soy sauce dries up.

  11. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes.

  12. Remove from heat and serve.

ESTIMATED COOKING TIME: 20 to 30 minutes
