CHICHARON






CHICHARON INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pork liempo
1 piece of laurel leaves
1 piece onion
4 garlic grain

CHICHARON PROCEDURES:

In a casserole, put all ingredients. Put a moderate amount of water, cover and boil until the liempo is softened. Put the liempo in a windy place until dry. Cut a thin (half inch). Place in refrigerator overnight . Deep fry the liempo. Serve with vinegar, chopped garlic and siling labuyo.
