Chicharon Bulaklak Ingredients:
1 kilo bituka ng baboy (pork intestines) cleaned and sliced
3 cups water
1 teaspoon rock salt
2 gloves garlic
oil for frying
Dipping sauce: vinegar, salt, crushed garlic, and siling labuyo (chili pepper)
Chicharon Bulaklak Procedures:
1. Pre-boil the cleaned intestines with enough water and the salt. Cook until water evaporates.
2. Add garlic and enough oil to fry the intestines. Cook until golden brown.
3. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
4. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and sere with the chicharon.
