BULANGLANG (VEGETABLE STEW)

Ingredients:

1 cup horseradish leaves
1 cup squash, sliced into medium-sized quarters
1 cup bottle gourd (balantiyong), sliced
1 cup fried tofu, quartered
1/2 onion
1 cup rice water
Tomatoes
Salt

Procedure:

Boil the rice water. After 5 minutes, add in the fried tofu and bottle gourd. Add the horseradish leaves once bottle gourd has softened and cook for 2 more minutes.

Good for 6 servings.
