Bulalo Cebuano Ingredients:
1 pc. bulalo with some meat and bone marrow
2 beef cubes, dissolved in 6 cups water
1 thumb-size ginger, sliced
1 medium-onion, quartered
2 corns on the cob, cut into 2″ long
1/4 kilo fresh bamboo shoot (optional)
1 bunch pechay, sliced about 2 inches wide
1/2 tsp salt
Bulalo Cebuano Procedures:
1. Simmer bulalo, beef cubes, water, ginger, and onions until meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.
2. Add corns on the cob and simmer until cooked.
3. Add bamboo shoots and pechay last.
4. Cook just until crisp tender.

Makes 4-6 servings.
